There's a narrow window before standing water starts causing secondary damage. Our Water Extraction process is built entirely around closing that window as fast as possible.

We measure extraction success with a moisture meter, not a visual check, because a floor can look dry on top while the material underneath is still saturated.
None of this is unique to a big loss either — the same standard applies whether it's a single-room water extraction call or a larger one.
We built this list around what typically goes wrong when water extraction gets handled by a generalist rather than a specialist.
None of these standards are unique to us in theory, but they're worth confirming before you let anyone start water extraction work on your property.
Truck-mount power means faster removal on carpet, pad, and hard flooring alike.
We don't call extraction complete until the meter confirms it.
Local staging is the difference between a 20-minute wait and a two-hour one.
You get a written quote before extraction starts, based on the actual scope of the loss.
Every piece of water extraction work below follows the same documentation standard, whether it's a small job or a larger one.
Truck-mount units remove standing water first, prioritized ahead of any secondary cleanup.
Specialized extraction wands lift water from between hardwood boards without forcing more moisture underneath.
We weigh carpet before and after extraction on larger jobs to confirm moisture removal.
We adjust extraction time and equipment placement based on how porous the slab surface is.
We flag which contents are worth extraction versus replacement before starting work.
We don't consider extraction finished until readings confirm it, not just a visual check.
Four steps, no guesswork, from your first call to a verified water extraction result.
Dispatch gathers just enough detail to load the right equipment before the truck leaves.
Crews staged locally get to your address quickly, equipment already loaded for Water Extraction work.
You approve the number before equipment turns on — no surprise invoice after the fact.
Work continues until the job meets our documented completion standard, verified before we call it done.
"They pulled water from under our hardwood without warping the boards further."
Grace T., McDonald"Our office carpet flooded overnight and extraction was complete before staff arrived for the morning shift."
Nathaniel W., McDonald"Extraction from our finished basement was fast and they explained the slab-specific approach."
Bianca H., McDonald"The flat-rate quote held even though the job ran a little longer than expected."
Corinne W., McDonald"They explained why the pad needed separate testing from the carpet, which made sense once I saw the readings."
Julian V., McDonaldThese are the questions we hear most often about water extraction, gathered from real calls, not a generic template list.
Our water extraction coverage spans 44437, with trucks positioned to reach any address in the service area quickly.
Coverage extends past the immediate area, so an outlying McDonald address isn't treated as a lower priority for water extraction.
